Privacy and Video Surveillance Notice

Information about member data, access records, video surveillance, disclosures, retention, and privacy contacts.

1. Information Collected

The Gym may collect the information provided in this Agreement and during the membership relationship, including Member’s name, date of birth, postal address, email address, mobile number, emergency-contact information, membership and billing records, payment tokens, communications, credential and access logs, and incident information.

2. Purposes of Processing

The Gym may use this information to establish and administer membership, process payments, provide and control facility access, communicate with Member, support safety and security, investigate incidents, enforce this Agreement, maintain business records, protect persons and property, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Video Surveillance

Member acknowledges video surveillance in common and workout areas for safety, security, incident review, access control, and protection of persons and property. Cameras are not placed in restrooms or designated changing areas. Cameras and access-control systems do not guarantee that anyone is watching live or will respond to an emergency. Member must not expect surveillance to prevent or detect every incident.

4. Disclosure of Information

Records may be disclosed to payment and technology service providers, insurers, professional advisers, emergency responders, or law enforcement when reasonably necessary for the stated purposes or legally required.
